M.S. Graduation Requirement

From B.S. or B.Eng graduates requiring 36 credits (24 credits of coursework + 12 credits of thesis) , Course duration 2 years.

Graduation Requirement;

  1. Coursework with GPA ≥ 3.00
  2. CUTEP ≥ 65 or TOEFL(iBT)  ≥ 46 or TOEFL (ITP) ≥ 500 or IELTS ≥ 5.5
  3. Oral Examination
  4. Poster Presentation with Proceedings (Full Paper)

Ph.D. Graduation Requirement

Plan A: Transfer from B.S. or B.Eng, requiring 84 credits (36 credits of coursework + 48 credits of thesis), Course duration 4-8 years. (Max 8)

Plan B: From M.S. or M.Eng graduates requiring 60 credits (12 credits of coursework + 48 credits of thesis), Course duration 3-6 years. (Max 6)

Graduation Requirement:

  1. Coursework with GPA ≥ 3.00
  2. Doctoral Qualifying Examination (DQE)
  3. Preliminary Examination
  4. CUTEP ≥ 80 or TOEFL(iBT)  ≥ 79 or TOEFL (ITP) ≥ 550 or IELTS ≥ 6.5
  5. Final Examination
  6. 2 paper published (ISI)
