Referring to the 20108 CU Graduate Studies Regulations No. 33 “Applicants whose status as a graduate student has been terminated after having completed their studies specified in the curriculum of a program of study but have failed to graduate or after failing to maintain the minimum cumulative grade required may gain RE-ADMISSION to the same program of study only at the DISCRETION of the Graduate Studies Committee”.
